Refund policy
We will accept returns of our products for an exchange or store credit where they meet the following conditions:
- Items are returned to us within 30 days of purchase;
- Items are unused and in their original packaging;
- All seals on relevant items remain unbroken.
To initiate a return, please contact us. We will respond within one business day with details for you to complete your return. As soon as we receive your return, we will ensure that it is in the correct condition and, if so, we will issue you a confirmation email within 5 business days with details of the store credit to be added to your account (if returning for store credit) or delivery details of your new item (if returning for exchange).
Please note that shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded/store credited.
If you believe that your item is faulty or incorrect, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us to let us know. Please note that we do not provide refunds for natural wear and tear on a product or for any damage caused to the product after you have received it.
